The new piece is the three-way handshake: when Jeremy clocks on at 88 Glen Iris for an Antoniou DLP defect, three apps light up at once — Caleb sees the trade arrive in postcon, Jeremy works in his Future Flow shell, and the homeowner Antoniou sees a live update in their Vestra tenant app. All three from the same backend row.

88 Glen Iris HWS valve is one row in the HOP data model — a defect linked to a site, a trade booking, a warranty, a homeowner. Each of the three apps is a scoped projection of that row, written for its audience. Nothing is duplicated. The handshake is structural, not a feature you bolt on.

UNDER THE HOOD
No middleware between the apps. Each app reads the same HOP tables — only the row-level scope and the UI surface change. The "handshake" is just two of the three apps subscribed to the same event stream.
Roll-out: Future Flow plumbing is the second trade onboarded after HSQ Electrical — same shell, same template, swapped supplier adapters. Vestra DLP handshake is the bridge that turns every Hillbrook handover into a 15-year customer relationship — service, warranty, repairs, renos. Trade partners get to be the named human in the homeowner's app. Builder retains the trust. Platform owns the row.
